Ingram Sanders


After spending most of his free time building and marketing specialist business websites for clients across the globe, Ingram decided that a life of digital marketing was the only way. GoldSand Digital is a continuation of this desire to find beautiful ways to help businesses connect better with their customers. Otherwise it’s all about food, football and fencing.

Nick Golding


Business journalist and former freelance writer Nick set up the now award-winning GoldSand Digital with Ingram in 2009. Since then Nick has helped to give the agency its creative edge via his journalistic approach. Working with the production team, Nick puts content and design at the top of the priority list. Away from work, Nick has another obsession – Watford FC.

Alex Briand


Alex is the editor extraordinaire who is responsible for the quality and consistency of the content for our clients’ magazines, brochures and websites. Interviews, columns, features, editing and proof reading, he does it all. With a background in linguistics, he has a passion for language in all its forms. He also listens to beardy folk music and cooks a mean black ale chilli.

James Flanagan


Jimmy is a graphic designer driven by a passion for hands-on traditional printmaking including lino cutting and intaglio printing, and typography. He applies this creative streak at GoldSand by bringing content to life in ever more engaging and exciting ways. Working closely with his design colleagues, he enjoys screen printing, drawing letters, casual taxidermy and pictures of animals being friends.

Dan Mobbs


A former freelance sports journalist at a series of north London newspapers, Dan has always been interested in the written word after studying Journalism at university. A great admirer of alliteration, Dan enjoys reading, eating out at restaurants with a cheeky half of shandy, and the majesty of Columbo’s detective style. He also endures watching Aston Villa play on occasion.

Martin Peart


Martin is an Art Editor and designer with over ten years’ experience working in the newspaper and magazine design environment, and having worked at publications including the Daily Express and Sunday Express, he now offers his experience and expertise to the creative team at GoldSand Digital. Although London-based, Martin hails from the North-East and is a keen member of the Toon Army.

Paul Davies

Head of Business Development

As Head of Business Development Paul is a sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in both publishing and technology. Paul ensures that the automotive industry retailer groups get to see and hear about the great work that we produce for them. While providing the very best advice for customers here at the agency, he’s also a self-confessed ‘family-man’, an avid runner and devoted Spurs fan.

Oliver Sebastian

Web Developer

Oliver is a programming Rock Star! As our Web Developer there’s nothing he likes more then identifying exactly how to solve seemingly impossible website problems, quickly and effectively. He also loves spending time with his new wife and baby.

Jude Simpson

HR Manager

Judy brings her vast experience of working with both large and small companies to GSD. Here, she helps create a strong culture of success. Her sense of fun, excellent interpersonal and communication skills bring a unique skill set that helps us continue to support positive growth in our team, with our clients and be a positive influence in the wider world.

Andrew Maclean

Financial Controller

Andrew has a wealth of experience in the accounting world. He enables GSD to manage the numbers and maintain growth. Andrew also has a steady head and keeps some of our more ambitious ideas in check. His love of numbers is only matched by his love of Watford FC.
