Muika Leadership, the corporate training and development company wanted to completely re-brand and shift it client focus from servicing public sector organisations, to winning new clients in the private. GoldSand Digital won the contract to build a new Muika Leadership website that could help the business reach a pool of new corporate clients, and then carry out a three-month trial of providing digital marketing services.
Following on from this GoldSand Digital won a 12 month contract to continue marketing Muika Leadership to its new private sector audience and generate effective leads for the business to approach and sell in their training programmes.
The work…
The objective was simple: Digitally market Muika Leadership and generate leads within the private sector. The initial trial period services included effective SEO, blog writing, article writing, email marketing campaigns, social media set up and management, analysing web traffic, as well as creating marketing videos.
The entire campaign grew the profile of Muika Leadership in the private sector, and resulted in a full house for its first open programme. SEO was a crucial part of the process, and getting key terms like “leadership development for women”, “focussed thinking” and “success training courses” ranked meant that there was a continual flow of traffic to the site.
Since the trial period, GoldSand Digital’s work has been results-driven and varied, with email marketing playing a major role in all campaigns.
Here GoldSand Digital was not only tasked with growing the database by engaging with potential customers to the website via blogging, social media and forum writing, but also to design, write, broadcast, and then report on each campaign.
