NVIDIA has announced it has opened early access to its virtual reality platform, named Holodeck, for select designers and developers.
The platform brings designers, developers and their customers together from anywhere in the world to collaborate and build VR creations, and offers features such as being able to render large and highly detailed models, interact and collaborate with humans and robots as well as enhance workflow, all in real-time.
Forthcoming updates to Holodeck will address the growing demand for the deployment of deep learning techniques in virtual environments and include capabilities for AI-based training, simulation, content creation and the discovery of new ideas.
