The Twitter-owned smartphone app Tweetdeck has once again failed to fileits accounts, leading Companies House, the U.K. registrar of companies.

Twitter and TweetDeck were both fined for late filing of accounts in Dec
2012. While Twitter has now filed, TweetDeck has not, and has now been
given a 99-day time limit in which to file up-to-date accounts. If they
are not filed in this time, the company will be dissolved.

Twitter has not released a comment as to why the accounts were filed
late, and why the TweetDeck accounts are yet to appear.
