Congratulations are in order to our friends, John Clark Motor Group, who posted record turnover and increased sales for 2016, as reported by cardealermagazine.co.uk.

Despite volatile market conditions the Scottish groups turnover grew by five per cent to £703 million from £667 million. With profit before tax at 1.2 percent of sales, the group remained above the UK motor trade national average.

2016 saw new unit sales volumes rise by four per cent to 14,712 units and used volume grow by 10 per cent to 13,062. As well as this, the group is providing more job opportunities mainly due to new Renault, Dacia and Peugeot franchises, resulting in a six percent employment increase from 1,139 to 1,206.
