Coffee giant Starbucks has responded to customer habits by introducingwireless charging mats in their Boston coffee houses.
Customers need only place their devices on the mat for it to begin
charging. The installation is in response to the large number of
customers using laptops, tablets and smartphones in the chain, which has
gained a tech- and business-friendly reputation.
Also responding to customer behaviour, Dominos Pizza has introduced a
‘Box Office’ deal in which pizza customers receive a code to stream
a film online. The initiative, the product of a deal with Lionsgate
films, is in response to the habits of customers often ordering Domino’s
Pizza to eat while watching films on-demand.
