Global leadership development company, The Living Leader, has seen its website rewarded by search engine Google with a ‘page rank’ of 2, just three months after launching.
The website, designed and managed by digital marketing agency GoldSand Digital, formed the platform for The Living Leader’s re-brand in September 2011 and can be visited at http://thelivingleader.com.

Google ranks websites up to a maximum score of 10, and awards rankings in accordance to regular content and optimisation levels of the website. The editorial team at GoldSand Digital launched a strategy of keyword blogging, article writing and SEO backlinking when the website was launched, and this recognition from the search engine in such a short space of time is testament to the work involved.

Nick Golding, director at GoldSand Digital, explained: “Some websites that have been in existence for years haven’t achieved a page rank of 2, so we were pleased to see how much impact our digital marketing strategy has had in such a short space of time. The Living Leader has benefited from regular blogs, articles and news items each week since its launch, and clearly Google loves fresh and unique content.”

Golding added: “Our plan is to continue the same strategy in terms of web management in 2012, though we will target new keywords and no doubt unearth new websites where we can place articles from The Living Leader and earn high authority backlinks.”
