Shell plans to join forces with the electric vehicle (EV) focused venture of BMW, Daimler, Ford, Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche, to add 80 high-power EV charging stations across Europe by 2019. This comes after two announcements related to charging stations, which can be found here. These high-power stations can charge EVs that can handle a 350 kW charging rate five to eight minutes.
