Shell to build 80 EV charging stations across Europe

Shell plans to join forces with the electric vehicle (EV) focused venture of BMW, Daimler, Ford, Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche, to add 80 high-power EV charging stations across Europe by 2019.

This comes after two announcements related to charging stations, which can be found here.

These high-power stations can charge EVs that can handle a 350 kW charging rate five to eight minutes.
