Loyalty to Apple's iPhone in Western Europe has declined, according to arecent study, with the number of current iPhone users reporting that they were likely to buy another apple smartphone 13% fewer than last year's study. Similar results can also be seen in the US, down 5% in customers likely to buy another apple handset.
