The Twitter-owned smartphone app Tweetdeck has once again failed to fileits accounts, leading Companies House, the U.K. registrar of companies. Twitter and TweetDeck were both fined for late filing of accounts in Dec 2012. While Twitter has now filed, TweetDeck has not, and has now been given a 99-day time limit in which to file up-to-date accounts. If they are not filed in this time, the company will be dissolved. Chinese search engine Baidu and France Telecom have revealed thedevelopment of a browser specifically developed for low-end smartphones in Africa. Africa currently has around 80 million France Telecom users. The browser will be available to download on all smartphones via a text link, and will come pre-installed on phones sold by France Telecom. Users attempting to message Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg will now havetwo options: send a message to 'his inbox' - for $100 - or 'Just send this message to his Other folder'. This 'other' inbox is also a relatively unknown feature of all users' accounts. This service has been criticised for its auto-filtration of some users' messages.
